Alt modifier key for lasso selection

Is Alt modifier key activate lasso selection tool? And if yes I think there a bug in Alt modifier key to select objects. When I tried to select object with Alt Modifier key it select everything. See the recording

@Jayanta-Das Is "Intersecting Selection" in the Select menu enabled? If so, the objects intersecting the lasso are all selected. Otherwise only objects inside the lasso are selected.

@vectoradmin Yes 'Intersecting selection' is enabled in select menu. Still Alt modifier doesn't select the intersecting object instead it select all the object inside.

@Jayanta-Das I check what is going on here. There is a condition, where the open lasso shape will select only objects that are crossed.

@vectoradmin Yes, I did but it select all. Here is the recording. When I select lasso tool it works. But when I use Alt modifier it select all the objects.
