Entering an expression without a unit in the field results in an invalid position

I could not find field expressions improvements on the roadmap and don't know at what stage they are , but there is probably a small bug. http://recordit.co/qJwRVhhzRU
The units of my project are mm.
The moment I try to move the object 10mm by typing the formula '+10' the object moves to an unexpected position.
The problem does not occur when I add a unit to the value, in this case '+ 10mm'.

It would be good if the value could adapt to the current unit without having to enter it.
I would also like to be able to multiply / divide values or using %
