Unwanted artifacts in the history panel

I noticed when I scroll through the history panel, at times there are artifacts on the side. It seems to happen more often when the panel is overlapping a vector shape or another panel, but in the video linked here, it also occurs at least once when nothing is underneath it.

@Boldline Yes, that looks like a scroll indicator popup that is not needed in this case. Can be replicated easily. Will be fixed ASAP.
