Vectorstyler won't export png files

I export from the daily box and select the ping format, and it does not export the file.
We have a late 2013 Mac. -
wont export jpg, eps, pdfs ugly no png

@Guthrart I would like to replicate this issue. Do you have a (small) example that did not export.
Also: if you could send a screenshot of the Export view, so that I could see the options selected. Thanks! -
@VectorStyler the only way I can export and so far the only format that worked was pdf and ONLY if I selected all objects and then exported by selected objects. No other way works so far. Not Jpeg png or eps must lie down now will contact tomorrow.

@Guthrart We will need an example file, and (if possible) a short video (we use https://recordit.co) to figure out what is going on.
What MacOS version is on the Mac?
