Navigator panel - background color not updating

Sometimes it does update, sometimes does not or the canvas content is not visible, just the background color fill.
One needs to perform some operation or re-enable the panel to fix it. -

@plrang I tried replicating this on both Windows and Mac, but could not.
With the Navigator panel, there is a small delay in canvas updating by design. Otherwise, a canvas content should always be visible.If possible to have a short recording when this occurs, it might help identifying the issue.

@plrang Maybe it happens only with complex drawings?
