      Ref v1.1.049

Object to object node snapping is now working (thanks for that !!!), but there are still some issues remaining ...

      • Using the transform tool, if you mousedown on the object, the bounding box appears and is fully active. The bounding box should not appear until a mouseup has occurred. This is generally fine as long as any of the object nodes selected do not coincide with a bounding box handle - in which case, the object resizes due to dragging the bounding box handle creating an unwanted action - the bounding box becomes the active element and not the move that was initiated. The bounding box should not show or be active until the mouseup has occurred (ie, the object becomes selected). If for some reason the bounding box is required to work in this way, then can a preference be created to give the option of not showing the bounding box until the mouseup has occurred ? AFAIK, only AD activates the bounding box in this way - one of the reasons I don't use it 🙂

      • With Allow Snapping selected, changing the snapping tolerance dimension does not seem to affect the actual snapping area ?

      • The dimension shown in the snapping tolerance editfield is shown in pixels and not in the units chosen for the document (millimetres).

@Igull Added thee to the backlog.

The snapping tolerance will always be in pixels, as it has to be the same at different zoom levels (cannot snap to half a screen distance, if zoomed in).

OK on the pixel dimension, understood - I hadn't considered that 🙂
