Show palette bug

From the Palette panel menu

Selecting a palette (eg the Web Colors) opens a new panel with the palette and it is ticked in the menu (active!)
Selecing it again from the same menu opens another identical palette but it is now unticked in the menu

The several palette panels can be closed the regular way of course, but a bug it is.

Works as expected in Panels -> Palettes
