option for layers panel: checkerboard background

I have trouble distinguishing between paths when I only draw them with black outlines, as the are not recognisable on the dark background. I would prefer to have a checkerboard background option, like Affinity has.

@postdes I add this to the backlog, does not seam to be a big thing to do.

@postdes What dark background are you talking about? The area outside the artboard?

@Boldline I think this is about the preview icons in the Layers panel. Indeed that are dark, and if something dark is on them, then it is not visible.
