      I have a vague recollection that I have reported this before, but in any case, if I with the pen tool (with pure default config) draw an object as a closed curve, then VS does not rotate or mirror around the transform pivot point, but the position where the first node is located.

      Pretty basic functionality affected here.

        @Ingolf and @VectorStyler Glitch replicated here. 🙂

        If you click the 'Transform Pivot' Editing button, flipping and rotating works correctly for that object (without moving the pivot) and for any other objects made with the Pen tool afterwards, until you restart the app.

          @Ingolf In the Transform panel, change the transform pivot and then it will be used. Should be center by default, I will check if this is so.

            I could recreate this one more time after reading your reply, but after turning it on and off a few times, and after rotating an object a bit, I don't see it anymore.

            I guess it's not unreasonable to assume that the program has subsequently set some internal settings (new settings from an update of VS) that were missing.

            However, I can't move the little pivot circle at all (and it's turned on, I swear).I move the whole object. I move the whole object?

              Yes, and this seems to be missing by default.

              However, I can't move the little pivot circle at all

              This could be another settings issue.

                Adjusted transform center was disabled in prefs.

                  One of the options that should be in the transformation panel where I would look first. I think of these panels as dashboards that I open when working with functionality.
