Layer renaming in Layer Panel dont work

Lately I just wanted to rename the number of a layer,
but instead only the transparency of the layer was changed.

And it was not possible to change the Name in
Layer Panel only in Layer Option Panel.

Also to set Layer transparency is also kind of mistery to me.
I it would not show on Opacity, only in Layer Option Panel

@Subpath yes, has been reported already. Problem occurs on Windows, will be fixed ASAP.

As a workaround, use the modal layer options view (double click)
