      Build 209 (and previous)

      When moving any type of pointer it toggles constantly - for every pixel it moves it seems - between a white arrow and the black pointer/tool symbol.

        @Ingolf Yes, it seems that there is some blinking as the cursor is moved. I add this as a bug.

          Not sure if this is related, or has to do with pen tool issues specific - but especially when I create paths with the pen tool, the path in progress/last completed path seems to be blinking non-stop when moving the pen tool. It is easily visible with the stroke width set to hairline.

            @syllie This is a different issue. Related to how refresh is done in windows.
