Artboard tool combined with guideline pull down affects only selected artboard

I saw this reel on Instagram and wondered if it could be added to VS.
It looks like he selects the artboard tool in the vertical toolbar and then pulls down a guide and it's cropped only to that specific artboard

For now, holding the Control key while dragging a guideline will assign it to the artboard under the cursor.
