Artboard Gets Automatically Created If An Object(s) is Selected

1. Select all objects in the artboard

2. While the objects are selected, use Artboard Editor tool (the hotkey is Shift + O) to select the artboard

The second artboard will get automatically created based on the objects. I believe this is not supposed to happen
