[win10] RMB context menu misbehaving

I bumped into this one a few times today.

I feel it has to do with using transformations and perhaps undo/redo but on several occasions the right click context menu looks way too big:

Sometimes closing and retrying restores it to the expected size, but in my current document it stays like this also on reopening.

Types of operations done prior to this state:

• Path Brush
• Shape Builder
• Rotate with Copy
• Fill / Outline Fill

@syllie Yes, this has been reported on Windows before. I will try to replicate it.

@syllie This issue should be fixed in build 1.1.080, let me know if it occurs again.
