[win10] Unexpected behaviour viewing Transform Effect on shape

I copied a shape a few times to make further modifications and then noticed in the Shape Effects panel, that it had a previous transform effect applied. Clicking on the expand arrow to view its settings, my object flipped over. This behaviour is unexpected. The copies I made behave in the same way.
