Split text cannot properly work with more than one group of live text selected at one time

Split text will go wonky if you attempt to split into individual lines, two separate groups of live text at the same time. It works fine if only one group is selected at a time. Not a big deal, but if there was an easy way to allow it to split the text of multiple text groups at the same time, that would be good.
