I think that the setting value of the following character settings is low.
How about Raise the maximum?

Current status
H-skeuing: 10 °
V-skeuing: 10 °
rotation: 10 °
baseline offset: 3.53mm (If the font size is large, the effect is weak)

My ideal
H-skeuing: 60 °
V-skeuing: 60 °
rotation: 360 °
baseline offset: 100-200%

Of course, I can also use the character movement tool at will. However, if I can register with style settings, there is a benefit of repeatability.

@vectoradmin This issue should be fixed in the new build. The slider in the baseline field will go to +/- 200 pt only, but it is possible to type in larger values.
