Mouse Scroll Issue in Layers Panel

Having an issue with scrolling to the bottom of the Layers Panel to get to some locked items (they're the last two) - using the mousewheel, it stops a few lines from the bottom - using the mouse cursor with the panel scroll bar, it keeps jumping and you can never get to the bottom of the panel
Eventually had to do an 'unlock all' to get myself out of it.Neil
Update: some other strange effects which may or may not be relevant. I have my Mac set to scroll direction 'natural scrolling' unchecked in the OS. However, if I scroll in the main area of the layers panel, it scrolls correctly (for me

@Igull Tried to replicate this here with locked objects, groups and clipping groups, but it works as it
should both with 'Natural Scrolling' enabled or disabled in Sys Prefs for my trackpad (no mouse here).
It actually scrolls past the last item (inertial scrolling like iPhones). -

I have a MacBook Pro and have never mastered the trackpad, we have an expression here in Scotland - 'like a coo wi a gun' - 'like a cow with a gun' BR

Scrolling in the Layers panel works fine, using magic mouse. -

I also tried it with the awful Apple Magic Mouse (I had to retrieve it from the confines of a dark cupboard), does the same thing
