Application Crash and Crash Report Function

I was playing with path offset shape effect on a simple path I created with the pen tool. I tinkered with all settings in following order
- Number of steps
- Inside/outside
- Keep original
- Distance
Repeated change of the distance slider caused VS to crash.
On restart I was confronted with a Crash Report form, and I filled it out. There is something wrong with the message input field, the cursor and display of typed input are not aligned (cursor is at first position, typed text appears about halfway the width of the input field) and text becomes unreadable before the line wraps. Also when I hit enter, it closed the form and I am not sure if it actually submitted. I was planning to type more, so that was a tad unexpected too.

@syllie I got the crash report. It looks like this was from the Contour panel.
If there is a vstyler file with the shape you could send me, it would help. -
Hi, I just sent you a similar file. It definitely was from the offset path options dialog in the shape effects panel. More details in the email.
