VectorStyler unexpectedly quit

I was doing shape building. After about a good amount of playing around, the app didn't crash but when I saved and quit the app, it reported and unexpected quit and crash report.

I have uploaded the saved file along with the workspace and settings xml. I tend to trash the "VectorStyler 1.0" folder under NumericPath every time there's a new update to start clean.
