Rearranging tabs and closing first closes first two tabs

@Ingolf replicated here. This reminds me of a saving issue that happens almost all the time when I have multiple unsaved tabs open. If I go to x out of one, it goes through the steps of asking me about saving and closing all the tabs skipping the one I wanted. Maybe whatever the fix is for this would also fix that?

It seems to have been related indeed. So far I have not seen the same issue with trying to save when multiple unsaved files are open in tabs since build 101 was released. A very welcome improvement!
