VS 1.1.101 - can't click File tab

As in the topic, I have to click the Edit tab first.
Moreover, I can't click the "Velocity" option in the Pressure drop-down menu for the Pencil and Brush tools.
Win 11, XP Pen Deco 01 V2 graphic tablet

Maybe related, the close button needs several clicks before VS actually closes. I noticed the cursor changes to a double arrow when I hover over it (Windows 11)

@Harry Cannot replicate it here (Windows 10).
Does the "File" menu get a highlight (grey) when hovering over it?Is there screen scaling in the Windows display settings?

In this video I'm trying to click on File and Velocity options.

Yes - it is set to 125%, but I checked also without scaling and the problem is the same.

I have no such problems

I discovered that every icon under the "File" tab vertically cannot be clicked - Record it
I moved back to VS 1.1.100 for now; there are no such issues.

@Harry I opened a bug on this one and will try to replicate and fix it ASAP.
