Adjustment does not export

I wonder if there is some obvious reason why e.g. distortion adjustment does not have any effect on exported image (PDF, JPG, etc.), e.g. in this case:
This will be exported without the adjustment effect in at least JPG and PDF formats:
SVG version shows additional corrupted graphics, and trying to rasterize the objects in document also produces corrupted graphics.

@Arde I added this to the backlog as a bug.

@vectoradmin A bit late, but this has been fixed, and and least for image formats and PDF it should work.
