Effect only applied to last letter

Latest version 1.2.017
I have the following fillings with effects.

But the complete filling effects are only applied to the last letter.

@MajorTom Can be replicate here also. It is cearly a bug, I will try to fix this ASAP.
If I recreate the text from scratch, then it renders correctly.

@VectorStyler , one more thing is missed in the original text.
First I created the rectangle and then copied the appearance to the text.
perhaps that helps with finding the bug.
