Path set to inside or outside will switch when eraser tool is used to cut it

I assume this is a bug and not a feature - but I noticed in the previous build, that if I had a stroke set to the inside or outside, if I used the eraser tool on it, it would switch the path to the opposite side - so an inside set stroke would become an outside set stroke.

Here is a video showing this happening.

I also tested it with the knife tool, but nothing wrong or unexpected happened. When the path was set to the middle, the eraser tool worked just fine and the path set did not alter to either inside or out

@Boldline Yes, this can happen if the path changes direction. I will try to improve this.

Interesting... so the path itself is actually flipping direction, in the sample case, the right side is swapping with the left side, when cut by the eraser tool? Is that an intended action, or a unintentional result?

Not intended, but the intersection engine may create the path in either direction. I will try to find out if that is the case and try to maintain the direction.

This issue should be fixed in build 1.2.019
