      When corner is rounded, the corner node is outside the shape area. Nodes are visible only when the cursor is over an object. This can only be done by zooming out- then the cursor is long enough to be positioned over the object.

        @encart Yes, I think I can replicate this one: corner node is visible only when hovering over object, but cannot be clicked. A temporary workaround: select the object (with the node tool) by clicking on its outline. Then the corner nodes will remain visible even if the cursor is not over the filled area.
        I add this to the backlog as a bug: to detect hovering when inside (or over) the original outline.
