Miss labeling and missalignement of labels

Trying to simply open a new blank file:
The options is not available from file menu. Standard CTRL N is aligned to arranging views. I have not created my own short cuts so assuming this is out of the box. Would expect CTRL N to open blank new document.
In addition, some field labels are centre aligned, as they are long I cant easily tell what they mean.

@Mismo Some previous resource files were not replaced by the update.
Please remove VectorStyler and reinstall as a clean install.
