Polygon Selection - Selection area changes when zooming

I don't know if this is a bug, but it looks inconvenient.
When creating a selection with the Polygonal Lasso tool,
zooming with the mouse wheel is possible.But when zooming, the selection area changes. With other
selection tools, such zooming is not possible.Video here

@Subpath I reviewed this now, and it is not a bug.
The zooming / panning allows to reposition the canvas under the selection already drawn.
It is by design, the alternate would be to move/resize the selection area with the zoom.
Would that be more useful?

Would that be more useful?I only noticed and mentioned it because I was a bit surprised. But
personally I don't really need it. I now know how it works and I act
accordingly.So I'll leave it up to you whether you think it makes sense if the
selection changes, in that case, with the zoom.I think, at least as far as I've tried it, you can only zoom when using
the polygon selection anyway.
