Can not drag files to canvas from folder when file's name contains diacritics.

I reported somewhere in the past problem with draging files from explorer right to the canvas. Some of them were imported properly but many of them were nasty and couldn't do anything. Yesterday I tried to find reason. Started from editing svg's headers in notepad, but it didn't work. Today I had an idea to make names shorter- failed as well. Fortunately I discovered that removing polish discritics from file's name helps. It happened with different files formats eg. svg, png jpg. I added to names other languages diacritics and had as the same problem as with polish, so it looks like it's global bug.

The file below contains one element but it is grouped and name of the group contains some russian characters. When I drag it on the canvas it always lands somewhere far far away from the artboard. Maybe in this case diacritics matters too?

@encart I got the file. I will try to fix these issues ASAP.

@VectorStyler Thank you for fixing that in latest build. Until now, I have had to use the import window. That was real pain in the neck.
