Four errors

1. The rotation function cannot find the axis in those graphics.
2. When the cloned graphics are ungrouped, errors occur and offsets happen.
3. Paths without color information cannot be combined.
4. There are minor issues with the Outline mode, and the control handles are strange.

@monsterfox I opened a bug for these.
But in case of (3) it might be that some of the path operators will skip empty shapes (for example Merge will skip it).

@VectorStyler Issue (3) is a minor problem. It would be best if it can be fixed, but it's okay if not.

In this case the object rotation center seems to be moved by a large amount. it is not clear how this happened (could be at import, etc). But it is possible to move these centers using the transform tool (if the option is enabled from the context panel).
The fix for this transform center problem is to use the Reset Center command from the Transform panel menu. -
