Unable to open two files with the same name outside the program: Create two folders A and B on the desktop, copy a VS file into each folder respectively, and these two VS files have the same name. The file in folder A can be easily opened, but when the file is already open, the VS file in folder B cannot be opened and can only be opened within the program.
Another issue: As multi-language VS is approaching, this problem needs to be solved in advance. Files with Chinese names also cannot be opened by double-clicking outside the program. I’m not sure about other languages. Hope these two issues can be resolved. Thank you.

What is the method by which they can be opened? And what is the method that does not work?

@VectorStyler Files with the same name in two folders conflict, and they cannot be opened simultaneously outside the program—they can only be opened via the program's internal menu functions.
