Undo doesn't reproduce last steps in 100%.

Do you have such a situation sometimes? It happens that when editing text, I convert to into curves and combine into one object. However, when I notice any error, I have to go back 2/3 steps. Then it happens that one of the letters disappears or the filling is missing. Operations that I did not perform.
I'm trying to reproduce this error.
