Even if no Transform Stroke is set.

I'm not entirely sure if this is a bug, but I suspect it is.
I tried different SVGs from different Programs also .AI and PDF, no change.

If i create a new File and create a new Object with a line width.
The Line width will not be changed if i scale that Object
when no Transformed Stroke is set.

But if i import any File that mentioned above into that VS File
the Line width from imported Objects will be changed
even no Transform Stroke is set.

Created VS objects retain their line thickness also VS objects
created after importing the files retain their line thickness.

      Win 11

      GPU: Nvidia Geforce RTX 5070.

@Subpath The stroke width scaling was enabled for imported files because the imported graphics should be handled as a "unit", if scaled then all is scaled.

Does that mean there is no way to turn this effect off?

There is, individually for each stroke
