Opening PDF exported from Indesign seems incomplete in VS

Inkscape is doing a better job opening pdfs made in Indesign. Though handling specified colors is better in VS the text lines are less consistent and It would be nice, if VS would perform a bit better.

@Raaskot This error can be replicated here also, but it requires a bit more attention:

• converting ligatures back to constituent characters is missing
• detecting and converting text to frame is also missing

I will try to address these after the 1.3 release
