Panel bugs in 1.3.003

Two issues in 1.3.003

A)

• All panels are reduced to a tiny line when I click the double arrow ikon in the panel title
• When I select the panel from the menu - and it shows up - the line is still there
• When I move the panel the line disappears

B)

• (Doesn't always happen - maybe only when I triggered the bug above)
• When I enable a panel the three first icons are not displayed
• When I move it - they appear (seems related to the redraw event in A.3)

1.3.003 on macOS 15.7.1 M4 Pro (not crawing toy store Tahoe look)
