Intermittent Corner Editor regression when using the Intersecting Selection option

Steps:

1. Draw a rectangle
2. Using the Corner Editor tool select both the top corners and round them
3. Now select both the bottom corners to round them. Sometimes this will work and other times only one corner will be selected.
