UI Style skin mode

I am old and have poor eyesight.
Even with the current four UI styles, it hurts my eyes.
I would be grateful if the skin on the screen could be made a little lower in contrast.
If possible, would you please consider a UI with the density shown in the figure below?(Illustrator)

I liked the "Light Grey" mode the best. I'll probably keep using this mode. If possible, it would be nice to have a lighter dark on the dark side as well.
On the other hand, in general：
It's nice to be able to customize it to the user's liking. However, I think it would be better to have a default pattern as the identity of the app.
