Cannot Click and Drag out Guidelines from Rulers when Zoom/Pan/Rotate Tools are Active

Bug:
VectorStyler will not let you click and drag out Guidelines if the following three Tools are Active:
- Zoom View (Magnifying Glass Icon),
- Pan View (Hand Icon)
- Rotate View.
This is driving me crazy, ha ha.
