      When rotating a character in a string with the Charactor Tool
      The reference point specified by Transform Palet is ignored.
      Then, the selected character is rotated with respect to the origin.

      Dialog box
      Object->Transform->Rotate
      does not work.

      Future improvements
      It would be nice to be able to rotate by moving the reference point.

      There are some discrepancies between the results of dialog operations from the command menu and the results of palette operations.
      We need to re-examine these one by one.

        @861475_VctSt The Character Tool is different from the other transform tools, and at this time it is not integrated with those other tools.
        I add this to the backlog as a feature request for better integration between these tools.

        Some other transform panel and view issues (reported earlier) are fixed for the next release.

          @vectoradmin The transform panel (and view) now supports the use of adjustable object center, by clicking again on the selected center knob, the selection disappears, indicating that the adjustable center is used.
