Crashes when closing multiple documents, after updates, other?

I’ve had quite a lot of Crashes with VectorStyler recently.
It happened after updating to the most current Update (both update 1.0.041 and update 1.0.040), but going by memory, it happened after the previous update as well. After downloading, and you get the message to click to install and relaunch the new updates and when the program does opens, a crash report screen pops up.
I’ve had it happen when I’ve had multiple documents open at once, then in succession, decided to close a few of them one right after another, and before I’ve closed all of the intended ones, VectorStyler crashes.
It’s happened in other scenarios as well though.
Yesterday it happened and my entire computer was locked/frozen. I could not click on anything. I had to shut the computer down with the Power Button. That happened one other time a week or two ago as well.
I realize this may be a little vague, but it's the best information I can give for now. I know the more details the better for you, and I'll try to be as specific a possible when I can.

@Vector-Rock I will try to replicate the multiple document closing crash. Was this a freeze (requiring a force quit) or a crash (gone and then a crash report shows up)?
Sometimes, when using certain image effects, it may freeze the GPU (and the whole computer by that). This is still an open issue.

Most of the time it is a Crash. The time yesterday was a total Freeze.

Most of the time I have crashes it is a Crash (gone and then a crash report shows up).
The one time yesterday was a total Freeze (rare, but it has happened before). Couldn't even access anything, including the Apple logo at the upper left hand side of screen to do a "normal" force quit. The Power Button was the ONLY option then.
I wasn't using any "Effects" in the document. I did have multiple documents open (3-7), none where I used any tools from the Effects Menu, general drawing, placing, locking unlocking guides, lock unlock objects in layers panel, change fill and stroke size and position, color, changing viewing modes, rotating objects, changing opacity, stuff like that.
The Crash Reports "after updates" are the Crash report popping up upon VectorStyler opening after you clicked the "Install and Relaunch" button after the update download. This has happened every time for the last few updates for sure.

@Vector-Rock It looks like I did not get those crash reports.
If there are still around, they should be located in ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/ folder, with names starting with VectorStyler
If there you find any, please email them to me.
