      Bug:

      The Guideline Panel is not retaining (memorizing) the last Individual Column Widths used so they can be "recalled" when re-opening the panel in the Current Document or Opening a New Document.

      This is a problem If you have set the Numbers Editor Precision to a higher number of decimal places (VectorStyler->Preferences->Numbers->Editor) because even if you widen the column widths so all the digits fit, the next time you open the panel it will be collapsed to the narrower original panel defaults, causing the X, Y and Angle columns to run into one another.
