Microsoft Print to PDF crashes the app.

Creating a PDF by Microsoft print to PDF crashes the application. I used the default settings.

@encart This can be replicated. Added to the backlog.

@vectoradmin The root cause of this is that printing happens in the background, and apparently some MS printer drivers do not support that.

Disable the background printing by unchecking Background Printing in the Preferences -> Performance section, and then it should work.

The next build will contain a fix for this.
