bug in align stroke

The align stroke inside, is making the stroke outside, the align stroke outside is making it inside and also is buggy and must be set to 99% to work properly.

What was the shape for which it was buggy?
Added to the bug list. Seems to depend on the path direction.

Basically the rectangle tool. Didn't try with others shapes.

@abn5x The same happens with the circle tool, but without the 99% glitch.
Also if the circle is transformed to be smaller than the thickness of the stroke, the inner stroke starts to get thinner.
