adding " to a number input box applies the input in inches

For those countries shunning the metric system like the USA, lol.
Adding an " after a number commonly denotes "inches". So 5" would represent five inches.
Could we add that function to all number input options? So even if a file is set to centimeters for example, if I added a 5" into the box, it would convert it to the equivalent of 5" in centimeters? -
@Boldline I added this to the backlog. It might have to wait till the expression evaluation in the number field is done (a requested feature).
