Paste Below Not Working

The "Paste Below" keyboard shortcut (command B) is NOT working. Going to Edit>Placing> Paste Below DOES work.
Also noticed that if live text is selected and you are placing below that text, it alters the text - making it the opposite of what it currently is - if it's regular default text, then it becomes bold, if it's bold, it becomes default regular text. the font itself does not appear to change

@Boldline Here 'Paste Below' works if something is selected (both shortcut and menu command), otherwise it doesn't, as you would expect.
I tried to replicate the second issue with selected text written in Times New Roman and Helvetica Neue, and the text remains unchanged.
Maybe it's something related to the font used?

@b77 thanks for trying it out and sending feedback. I was about to make a video but then the new build update appeared and I updated and the issue is gone for me now. It might have been a local issue with my computer that would have been fixed with a restart.

@Boldline Paste Below should also work if nothing is selected (from build 1.1.002 beta)
