Hi, it's been a while! Found a new bug, unfortunately.

      Version 1.2.054 on Windows

When I click on the ≡ icon at the top right corner of a panel window, the program closes itself.

      Demonstration:

        @nocturnalYL I cannot replicate this.
Tried the same steps as in the recording, with the same panels.

Try resetting the workspace and settings.

It's pretty consistent in my environment. Tried using the default workspace, and the program still crashed.

It looks like if I do these:

          1. Minimise the panels
          2. Click the icon to show a panel
          3. Click on another icon in the same group, and see that the panel does not change
          4. Click on the ≡ icon

… then the program will crash.

          More recording:

          Crash log in C:\ProgramData\NumericPath\Crash Logs:

          EDIT:

Tried renaming the C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\NumericPath folder, and the problem is still there.

I tried to replicate this in Windows Sandbox (to simulate a fresh Windows installation without going through all the hassle to actually reinstall), and I actually couldn't replicate this myself. The panel still does not change as described in https://www.vectorstyler.com/forum/topic/4663/weird-panel-behaviour, but clicking the ≡ icon would show a menu that corresponds to the displayed panel.

Running VS in a virtual machine (at least, the one presented in Windows Sandbox) is generally not a good idea, since it runs very slowly and with many graphical glitches. But this is one place where the behaviour in Windows Sandbox actually is preferrable over what I experience in my physical machine.

@nocturnalYL Thanks for the update. I could not replicate this issue on Windows 10 or 11 so far, the bug is still open, and I will try to find out what happens based on the crash logs.

@nocturnalYL This should be fixed in the 1.2.060 build

I can confirm that this is fixed. The minised panel icons are now always responsive, and clicking on the ≡ icon on expanded minimised panels no longer crashes the program.
