Align to key object ( accumulated )

- not sure if this should be a feature request or a bug report
- when two objects are selected and "align to key object" is activated in the alignment panel, a blue bounding box appears around the "apparent" key object
- however, one can not change the key object by clicking on any other object in the active selection
- when doing the former, the bounding box disappears and the alignment still happens based on the original key object
- that key object seems to be chosen from the first selected object in the group of selected objects

@vectoradmin This one is a real head-scratcher. I'm literally doing the exact same thing as in the video and the bounding box won't switch over.

@Nils Are you using the Alignment panel, or the popover accessible from the context bar?
And: what tools are selected in the toolbox (maybe attach a screenshot of the toolbox).One additional thing: if you have a sample file where this error occurs, you could send it to me by email, it might be caused by some shape / object type.

@Nils I think it's awesome you are sharing so many bugs and issues - every one that gets brought up and replicated is another step in the process of improving VS. Because we live in different places all over the world, the more we can add to a post to communicate the issue, the better chance we have of getting to a solution faster.
So if you can upload screenshots, use record it and upload the link to the file, send @vectoradmin troublesome files by email, etc. All of that helps the process -
@Boldline Ok. record.it won't load for me currently ( I suspect VPN allergy ), but I'll use a replacement then.

@vectoradmin Hah! We tracked it down. It only happens with the context bar popover. I just tried with the panel and there it works flawlessly!

@Nils What is happening with record it? At what point in the process is it giving you problems? After you record a video, is it not giving you a link to copy and use?

@Boldline Indefinite page loading with no content showing. I'm a bit paranoid about vpn, so I can't test without it, but I have a hunch it's causing it. Have had this happen in a similar manner with other websites aswell.

@Nils I would select a smaller area of the screen to record and I guess the video should upload to their server and also load without issues.
But if you find a better alternative to Recordit, post it here.

@b77 I perhaps wasn't being clear about what's wrong. I literally can't visit the page. The tab loads indefinitely without content showing up.
ShareX + either imgur or their own ( I think they provide it ) file sharing seems like a good alternative. Free, open-source and powerful.

I can load Recordit links in Brave into a private window with Tor.
ShareX is Windows-only, unfortunately…

@b77 Wow, the whole time I assumed the url was record.it, but it is recordit.co... So problem solved, lol.

However, if it's not a problem I'd like to use ShareX + imgur. Seemed to work well or not?

@Nils If ShareX records at more than 4 frames per second and uploads the video to Imgur directly, it's great!

@b77 Can't tell if there's sarcasm in there somewhere, lol.. But unfortunately ShareX doesn't upload to imgur automatically it produces a gif that you then have to upload yourself...

@Nils No sarcasm. So it doesn't upload automatically to Imgur?
(Also, Recordit in its free version records at only 4 frames/second, that's why I asked).

@b77 4 fps? That's a crime, lol. No automatic upload and unfortunately I just had to discover a 30s time limit for the free version, which sucks aswell. Going to look for something else.

@Nils For quick bug reports it's OK. However direct upload to Imgur is something I couldn't find yet…
