Toolbox can not be attached

I accidentally close the Toolbox and now I can use it only in floating mode. Restart doesn't help.

the toolbox again. -
@encart I tried this on windows: dragging the toolbox from its title area (just after the (x) close icon), close to the left margin of the app window, should display a blue vertical highlight, when that highlight is shown, the toolbox is docked.
About the close icon: this is added to all toolbox views, and for some it is needed: the popup toolboxes can be detached, and they need to be closable. Same with custom toolboxes.
Should there be a "special case" for the main toolbox?

Yes usually the highlight appears but not in the latest build. Launching VS with Ctrl + Shift + Alt combination doesn't help.
I'm not sure if docking problems are related to maximizing app window. I have this problem known from previous releases. The maximize button works randomly, and maximized window is larger than the scren size. -

@vectoradmin If the panel is lock can we disable or hide the cross button to close the panel. This happened to me many times when I accidentally close the panel.
