Overlay effect needs improvement

The Spacing for the Overlay effect needs improvement. Right now, the minimum spacing is limited to 1pt, but I need it to support 0 or negative values.

But the Space is used only if closed shapes are overlayed.
If the overlay contains open shapes this field is ignored. -

@VectorStyler Recently, I noticed two areas where the Overlay effect could be improved:
Repeat is currently capped at 100, which is far from enough. Could you increase this limit to support 1000 or more?
Thickness is currently limited to a minimum of 0.3528 mm. Could you allow it to support a minimum of 0.1 mm?"
