@debraspicher I could not replicate this using similar steps.

When the node sizes return to small, does the setting value also show 100% ?

@debraspicher Got to the workspace files folder (Help -> Reveal Workspace Folder) and send me those files by email (contains settings and workspace info).

I can check if the setting was saved correctly, and if there might be something else interfering with it.

@VectorStyler No, it was still set at 125% where I had left it a while ago to try. I only noticed it wasn't taking when I had issues accessing nodes and control points (as I typically do at this scale).

@debraspicher Got it, I will try to replicate this.

I noticed that when moving UI-upscaled Nodes, it doesn't change scale immediately. When I run any kind of material operation, like Undo, Join curves, etc, then it causes the nodes to reduce back to the smaller size. It's not preserved though when I restart the program, so I have to go back to Preferences and "resubmit" the larger scale option again. (no change to the field value, just hit OK in Preferences on the Path Editor page).

Another quirk: When swapping to Anchor Point tool, the points will "rescale" back to the original setting in Preferences (125% in this case). Going back to the Node tool immediately lowers them again:

This narrows down a bit the cause, I will try to replicate it.

I just opened a document in 1.2.039. Looks like this is fixed! I immediately noticed my nodes are larger. In fact, I may need to lower them back down in scale. 100% may be "just right" now.

Now it is also using the display scaling factor from the system settings

@VectorStyler Yes, I think that is perfect. Thank you!
